HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (REF. HRM 001)

The role: the HR Manager will:


• Coordinate Company HR activities for efficient staff management and motivation.

• Manager personnel politics and employee relations

• Plan, implement community relations and promote stable security system

• Provide support to training and career development programs

• Plan, implement and enforce Company’s performance driven management system

Requirements of the Position

The idea candidate must posses this following:

• B.sc degree, second class honors or high degree in the Social Science/Humanities

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in HR Management with sound knowledge of Nigeria labour Legislation in a unionized environment

• Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN)

• Sound communication, inter relationship, team building and conflict management skills



SALES ENGINER (REF 002)

The role: The Sales Engineer will

• Initiate plan for effective coordination of company’s product lines to grow activities

• Optimize sales support services with improvement strategies

• Review and attend to customers` problems, inquires and compliant timely

• Provide report on product lines performance, challenges opportunities and achievements.

Requirements of the Position

The idea candidate must posses the following:

• B.Sc second class lower or HND at lower credit leveling any engineering discipline or related field. Possession of MBA will be an added advantage.

• 3-5 years working experience in similar position within product sales environments.

• Sound relationship management, business development and customer care skills.

• Computer skills especially in Ms Word, Excel and Power point.

• Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure to met deadlines & target and travel extensively.



FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (REF. FA 003)

The Role: The financial Accountant will

• Establish the main financial policy and control systems.

• Review and provide annual financial accounting reports timely account

• Initiate and drive cost management and control strategies

• Organize and manage adult, payroll, accounting process and budgetary systems.

Requirements of the position

The idea candidates must posses the following:

• Bachelor’s degrees in accounting or Finance, Masters Degree will an added advantage.

• Minimum of five(5) years post graduate experience preferable at management level

• Knowledge of computer-based accounting system skills.

• Knowledge of managing payroll, associated legislation and budgetary control systems.

• Possession of ACA qualification will be an added advantage.



CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER (REF CCO 004)

Role: The Customer Care Officer will

• Provide support for product lines development and management processes

• Provide customer care and attend to problems, inquires and complains and complain timely

• Create opportunity to improve customer services and for enhance business performance.

Requirement of the position

The idea candidates must posses the following:

• University degree in Social Science

• Minimum of (3) tears of post NYSC experience in Customer Service role in the country

• Sound communication, team work and problem solve skills.

• Document control experience will be an added advantage



TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (REF RDM 005)

Role: The Training and Development Manager will

• Design, monitor and implement suitable training programs to meet training targets.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and training instructors and administrator’s performance and recommended strategies for improvement.

• Plan training budget, manage approved costs, report and track monthly expenditure.

• Plan, develop and organize training materials, process and approve training requests from clients.

Requirements of the position

• B.sc in engineering or science with second class division

• Minimum of 2-3 years proven curriculum design and development experience.

• Experience in planning, designing, conducting and facilitating training events timely.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaborative team work

• Possession of report written, presentation and computer skills.



TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (REF, TRI 006)

Role: The Training Instructor will

• Plan, organize and facilitate specific training programs and issue certificate as required.

• Perform training assessment, record and report performance and challenges.

• Promote document, information Manage management.

• Plan, organize and coordinate training materials and aids.

NOTE: Successful instructor will be trained on specific oil and gas courses.

The idea candidates must posses the following:

• B.Ed in science related field with a minimum of second class lower division.

• Ability to develop training materials and method & create interactive training sessions.

• Basic computer literate skills, effective time management and communications skills.



WELL CONTROL INSTRUCTOR (REF WCI 007)

Role: The Control instructor will

• Present and deliver various level of IWCF Certifications program such as Introductory, fundamental and supervisory for clients in lines with standard practices and procedures.

• Provide timely assessment and performance report on equipment practice and procedure and simulator Practical test to the Training Dev. Manager.

• Develop and ensure that training programs meets necessary IWCF certification standard and guidelines.

• Design implement other training materials suitable for the drilling industry for prospective Clients

Requirements of the position

• B.Sc second class lower or HND at lower credit level in any engineering discipline plus any of the following experience

• A minimum of 3 years experience at “Driller level” or above in the oilfield drilling operation plus 6 months teaching well control to an acceptable standard, using simulation equipment.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in the supervision of well site drilling operations.



DRILL PIPES/BHA INSPECTOR (REF. DPI 008)

Role: The Tubular will

• Inspect and certify O.C.T.G. (Oilfield Country Tubular Goods) to meet regulatory standards, as well as Clients specification.

• Promote efficient Tubular storage management safely.

• Provide standards inspection report to Clients.

Requirements of the position

• A minimum of B.sc second class lower or HND at lower credit level in any engineering discipline or related field plus 2 years post NYSC practical experience or ND in any engineering discipline with 5 years practical experience.

• Knowledge of computer operations will be an added advantage.



LIFTING EQUIPMENT INSPECTORS (REF. LEI 009)

Role: The Lifting Equipment inspector will

• Inspect and certify lifting equipment (Lifting appliance and Accessories) to meet regulatory standard as well as client specification.

• Provide standard inspection report to Clients

Requirements of the position

• A minimum of B.sc second class lower or HND at lower credit level in any engineering discipline or related field plus 2 years post NYSC practical experience or ND in any engineering discipline with 5 years practical experience.

• Drop Survey experience using rope access techniques will be an added advantage.
